WILLIAM NGABO - International Representative

William Ngabo co-founded AMA in Rwanda in 2002. Currently, William has stepped into the full time role of International Representative and he is heading up the AMA team in Rwanda.  In this role, William oversees all AMA’s support and field operations. He works closely with the representatives of each support office to help AMA grow and and support more orphans and widows.

William holds a Bachelor’s degree in educational management from the National University of Rwanda.  Before taking on a full time leadership role at AMA, William worked for World Vision International for nine years and has traveled throughout Europe, Africa and North America, raising awareness about Africa’s needs. 

William says “My heart is broken when I see children sleeping on streets and others who have no access to education and health care.”  In addition to his work with AMA, William is a Bible Teacher at Evangelical Restoration Church in Rwanda and he has a gospel radio program there as well.  William lives in Kigali Rwanda with his wife Rose.
